We had some fun trying to install Ubuntu Linux on an older laptop and talked about an old members installation of Windows 8.1 on a MAC. We also touched on file management in Windows and how to clean things up.
Tomorrow (11-24-2014) we will try to finish the Ubuntu install and perhaps touch on something that will help you, if we see you at the meeting. We are still at the Beanery at 5th and Olive in Eugene at 5:30pm. come have a coffee or a smoothie and learn/teach computer/smartphone/tablet usage to make our live more fun and valuable.
