At the end it mentions a method to avoid it that sadly is now a necessity about using Windows System Restore before you install anything you download, actually before you even attempt to download it. Short description for Windows 7: Go to Control Panel, type ‘restore’ in search box at upper right, use Create a Restore Point, at the bottom of its box click Create for a new point.
